Calpro has launched protein for water from Volac under the brand name VOLACTIVE PRO2 O which is a Whey Protein Isolate. Volactive Prozo is manufactured from sweet cheese whey using cross-flow membrane filtration. This product provides an excellent source of natural protein for use in clear beverages for sports nutrition. Volactive PRO2 O is an undenatured, complete whey protein isolate, specially formulated for clear protein beverages.
Until now, water-based sports drinks have only fulfilled up to two requirements. Volactive® Pro2O brings all the benefits of whey protein to one clear solution.
Specialized pectin blend- Aglutex J300 for fruit fillings from Silvateam
Calpro has procured a specialized pectin called Blend- Aglutex J300 for fruit fillings from Silvateam. Aglutex J300 is a food-grade stabilizing system especially studied for production of fat fillings. It Imparts good structure for the whole shelf-life of the products, with shiny and smooth texture to the products. It prevents the formation of syneresis during the whole shelf-life of the products.
