Vital Wheat Gluten
Calpro Procures Gluten from Tereos, China & Roquette, Europe which contains min. 80% Protein content. Vital wheat gluten to the flour gives a better texture and crumb strength, superior loaf quality, higher volume, improved keeping and eating qualities to the product.
Soya Protein Isolate (ISP)
We offer ISP from Wilmar, China which is a highly refined or purified form of soy protein with a minimum protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis. It is made from defatted soy flour which has had most of the non-protein components, fats and carbohydrates removed.
