DAIRY PROTEINS

Functional WPC 80%

We have whey protein concentrate with minimum 80 % protein, from Meggle, Germany under a brand name of Globulal 80N. It is used as an ingredient in fine breads and pastries to replace whole egg or egg white in patisserie goods, coating etc.

Instant WPC 80%

Calpro has WPC 80i from Lactalis, UK which has 80% of protein with added soya lecithin. These high quality proteins bring stronger nutritional and functional benefits to the sports nutrition, senior health and clinical nutrition markets.

Whey Protein Isolate

We offer you a premium Quality of whey protein isolate containing min. 92% whey protein. With its premium quality it supports muscle maintenance and growth.

NON DAIRY PROTEINS

Vital Wheat Gluten

Calpro Procures Gluten from Tereos, China & Roquette, Europe which contains min. 80% Protein content. Vital wheat gluten to the flour gives a better texture and crumb strength, superior loaf quality, higher volume, improved keeping and eating qualities to the product.

Soya Protein Isolate (ISP)

We offer ISP from Wilmar, China which is a highly refined or purified form of soy protein with a minimum protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis. It is made from defatted soy flour which has had most of the non-protein components, fats and carbohydrates removed.
