DAIRY PROTEINS

Functional WPC 80%

We have whey protein concentrate with a minimum 80 % protein, from Alinda, Greece. It is used as an ingredient in fine bread and pastries to replace a whole egg or egg white in patisserie goods, coating etc.

Instant WPC 80%

Calpro has WPC 80i from Wheyco, UK and Vilvi, Lithuania which has 80% of protein with added soya lecithin. These high-quality proteins bring stronger nutritional and functional benefits to the sports nutrition, senior health and clinical nutrition markets.

Instant WPC 80%(Sugarfree)

It has low lactose (0.5 %) and fat content, excellent solubility & better absorption, sourced from VOLAC, UK.

WPC 70%

The WPC 70 is produced from whey by membrane separation technique. The product is a free fowing spray dried powder, manufactured by Our Dairy Plant, INDIA.

Whey Protein Isolate(WPI)

We offer you premium quality of whey protein isolate containing min. 92% whey protein from Volac, UK. With its premium quality, it supports muscle maintenance and growth.

Sodium Caseinate

High quality water soluble milk protein having application as emulsier and stabilizer in soups,
non dairy applications. Sourced from TATUA, NEW ZEALAND, also manufactured by Our Dairy

Calcium Caseinate

Excellent quality milk protein derived from casein to enrich product with good amino acid, Sourced

Milk Protein Concentrate 80(MPC 80)

Glanbia’s Solmiko HD MPC is a spray dried Milk Protein Concentrate powder manufactured from fresh pasteurized skim milk through a process of ultrafiltration, followed with concentration by evaporation and drying by spray drying atomisation. It has excellent flavor, solubility and heat stability, and is suitable for use in a range of applications, both functional and nutritional. Sourced from Glanbia, Ireland.

 

NON DAIRY PROTEINS

Vital Wheat Gluten

Calpro procures gluten from Tereos(China), Quefang(China), Jiangsu(China) which contains min. 80% protein content. Vital wheat gluten to the flour gives a better texture and crumb strength, superior loaf quality, higher volume, improved keeping and eating qualities to the product.

Pea Protein Concentrate

Excellent amino acid structure pea protein sourced from YANTAI, CHINA. It provides high level of nutrition and functionality.

Soya Protein Isolate (ISP)

We offer ISP from Wilmar, China which is a highly refined or purified form of soy protein with a minimum protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis. It is made from defatted soy flour which has had most of the non-protein components, fats and carbohydrates removed.
